Islay (Eye-luh) Favorite single malt scotch from McClelland’s. Served over rocks and/or with a dash of water. Like relaxing infront of a beach fire. (World’s best value $20) Body: Full, robust. Nose: Wood cinders, smoke, subtle citrus. Palate: Sea salt, burnt oak chips, & vanilla. Finish: Sweet smoke with a hint of iodine.
