mullings

Last night’s mulled win was so delicious and comforting. I enjoyed it while staying up late and cataloging my VHS collection. I had it once in the fall while waiting to get into a crowded wine bar and liked it. And another time at a party and it was horrid.

The key to mulled success seems to be starting with a great wine & a great brandy & being careful not to boil it.
