Dear Guille:
I like the sound of this skilled worker in Canada thing. You’re also very handsome. Come marry me and I will put you to work. Raccoons tore a hole in the roof of my shed and winter is coming and it’d be great if it was patched. And I have an ugly 50s kitchen that I pretend doesn’t exist so I eat expired cream cheese because I go in there with my eyes closed and stuff.
Incentives for you? Well, there’s snow sometimes which can be fun for about five minutes. I have a big backyard for Baraka. By backyard I am not referring to my bum… that’s just inappropriate until we’re hitched. And I really dig Toucans named Sam so he’s totally welcome to live in my sunroom.
Oh, and I’m really nice. For reals.
There. Problem solved. Bienvenue au Canada. (I’m sure that’s probably wrong. I tend to ignore the French. It’s just easier that way.)

this afternoon:
My daughter and I ate some Halloween candy watched V, and I took a nap while she watched “Make it or Break it”. Played with the kitty, and went for a walk. Now it is stir fry and “Castle”. Good times.
